Configuring the Customer Satisfaction Survey
The sub-header and the button labels can be changed anytime from the App’s Admin Page. Just navigate to your JSM project’s “Manage Apps” page and choose the Customer Satisfaction Survey Admin menu item on the left:
From there, you can:
Disable (or re-enable) the Display of the Customer Survey on the portal
Change the subheader text
Change the text shown in the three buttons
Once you change any text strings, clicking the Save button will show the updated text in the respective header or button.
Currently, the icons in the buttons cannot be customized. Please visit the App’s Development Roadmap page to view this and other enhancements (planned or in development).
