App Roadmap for Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are constantly working on improving our Marketplace Apps and have an extensive roadmap for the Customer Satisfaction Survey for JSM Portal app.

Change / Customize Icons

Add ability to use stars as measure (default to 5) 

Only allow feedback once per ticket

Only allow feedback after ticket resolved and/or closed

Hiding feedback from customers once provided

Support more levels of feedback (or a specific scale)

Provide different UI entry options (e.g. slider, checkboxes, etc.)

Save survey result in custom field

Add JQL support

Add pre-built reports / dashboards on survey results

Allow choices to have values separate from displayed text (e.g. High=1)

Add notification on feedback (or feedback value)

Select which issue/ticket type this should be applied to

Select which portals this should be applied to

Select who can see comment/feedbacj

Add tooltip to buttons and main caption/label

Add link to information about customer survey form

Support different survey configurations for separate projects or portals
