Configuring the SLA Insights Application

1. Head to the SLA Insights admin page

On your organization's atlassian.net homepage, click “Apps” in the navigation bar, and then click “Manage your apps”

On the left hand side navigation, scroll down to find the SLA Insights app:

2. Toggle SLA Visibility

On this page, you’re able to toggle the SLA Visibility on or off. This is the main configuration of the app, and will allow your customers to view SLAs in the customer portal for support tickets they’ve submitted.

Note: you need to have SLAs setup for a project for your customers to see. Set up SLAs in your project settings.
