Azure AD (Entra) Connect for JSM

The Azure Active Directory, now known as Entra, Connect application is a powerful integration tool designed to seamlessly connect Microsoft Azure AD/Entra and Jira Service Management CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Its primary purpose is to enable the import of user data from Azure AD into the Jira Service Management CMDB for use within JSM.
