There is a large need from the community to see valuable information that was previously only viewable from the technician side of the portal. Naturally this has left a need for a plugin that will fulfil the thirst for more information and that is where this plugin comes in. As an admin you will have the ability to enable which pieces of information you want on the JSM ticket as well as what the labels associated with the information will convey.

The app introduces a valuable layer of customization to the JSM Portal Tickets, empowering users to decide which specific information is displayed and how it is labeled. This means that essential details, such as ticket-specific data or contextual information, can be organized in a way that suits the workflow and preferences of the users. Not only does this improve the overall user experience, but it also enhances collaboration by ensuring that stakeholders have direct access to the pertinent details they need without unnecessary clutter.

Moreover, the app offers a seamless and intuitive interface for managing the visibility of labeled information. Users can easily configure settings to show or hide specific labels, providing a dynamic and adaptable approach to ticket details. This flexibility accommodates diverse use cases, allowing teams to streamline their processes, enhance communication, and ensure that crucial information is readily available to those who need it most.
